When I returned to France in 2011 from Latin America, Marie Sundin was the headhunter in charge of hiring for the company that I joined.  We had a first contact and several interviews on Skype (or other electronic means of communication) to understand my profile and the proposed position. This phase was followed by "headhunter/candidate" and "Company/candidate" face to face interviews when I came to France for holidays.
