POSITION – CFO
This position concerns the role of CFO for the Pole VINCI Energies “Sweden East”, with headquarter in Stockholm. In 2019, the Pole has 1 000 employees, for a turnover of 1 900 MSEK. It has ambition to continue to grow, with actions on-going in the field of acquisitions.
Main responsabilities are:
- Managing the reportings ;
- Supporting the BU & the companies ;
- Meeting the group's requests & standards ;
- Assisting the CEO for External Growth.
The CFO is responsible for the finance department and the overall administrative functions including reporting, analytical accounting and financial statements in accordance with Swedish accounting standards and IFRS, tax and accounting issues, salaries and IT. The reporting is done in larger ERP systems.
He/she is also in charge of business analysis in acquisitions and collaborates close to the Managing Director of VINCI Energies Sweden as well as with the subsidiaries´ different financial functions. CFO is also in close contact with the Financial Director of Vinci Energies Europe based in Paris.
CFO reports to the Managing Director of VINCI Energies Sweden and is part of the Nordic Group management team.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
This work requires at least 10-15 years of work experience in a similar position with very good knowledge in finance, IFRS finance, accounting, tax, project accounting, business analysis and consolidated reporting.
Experience from internationally operating companies including international reporting is a requirement. Work experience from the construction industry would be an advantage but not mandatory, as well as knowledge of acquisitions is desirable, including the Due Diligence process.
Experience from consolidation and integrating teams of different cultures is necessary. A desire to construct a united team and to accompany change is essential.
Swedish and English is mastered freely in speech and writing as the group language is English.
